We responsible for our quality up to the final destination, if there is any problems, we will take responsible.  You have rights to refuse to take the goods if there is big quality problem, you can inspect the goods yourself before shipment / before payment. We will compensation back money or reduced to compensate or provide free spares. We provide some FREE spares to go with every next batch for you to fix some of the spare wear parts.

We will send you inspection photos with inspection report of each container / batch.

Inquiry: Advise us the grade type, send us your design photo if you have, price can be quote out to you based on the grade with detail listed on this homepage.

Sample: We charge sample fee if sample required, delivery can be made by air or by ship, delivery fee to be paid by buyer first before sending out the sample. If we have the sample at hand, it will be very quickly, if not the sample may take 3 to 14 days (or even much longer) to prepare out.  Catalogue / fabric swatch / trolley etc. spare sample is free, however express delivery to be paid by buyer first also. Please do not ask sample before confirming price / quality specification.

Order: shipment for the first batch is usually 3 month. it can be with your brand or our own brand (quicker). other terms and condition can be find out at our main homepage faq section.
