Can you send me your catalogue?
Currently we have urls (homepage) for you to download our online catalogue which is basically with the same content of our catalogue. We normally do not send out print out catalogue anymore as our delivery fee per year for sending catalogue and sample is too high and we are trying to cut down this expense. however if you are willing to pay the dhl delivery fee yourself, we are happy to send you our printed catalogue.
Can you send me actual sample?
Yes, but the cost / expense will be paid by you. For some product if you place order with us, then this delivery money will return back to you, so to say do not ask sample unless you are rather firm that you will buy from us and need to see sample at last to make sure our quality.
Can you produce as per my sample?
Yes, we welcome buyer to send us sample and we will produce counter sample and send back to you. However if this product need mould etc... then we will discuss, generally speaking if the quantity is big enough then it will be ok.
Yes, we can paid out commission, however our commission is usually calculate once per year, so we can not pay back instantly. We suggest you to get commission from buyer's side. Once we have established business relationship with your client or you, we will not bypass you in future.
No, we do not want to envolve another Chinese company in this situation, payment must directly to our company or to our factory, this is due to the regulation of China Foreign Currency Department, we do the export procedure, the foreign currency money need to pay to our company.
What kind of payment do you required?
L/C at sight, L/C is opened from a reliable bank Or 30% advance payment, the rest to be paid after shipment / before sending out the original B/L.
No, at present we are not giving any credit to anyone, even to those whom have been our buyers for years with good reputation, our company is practicing a very strict policy towards this point.
Can I use my own logo / brand?
Yes but need to be with certain quantity. The paper brand including sticker paper is 100% ok, however if the brand need to be mould print on the product, this need to be discussed.
We will usually make shipment after two month since the date of receiving the L/C or advance payment. This will heavely depend on what product you are ordering.
Can I be the sole buyer in my country?
We generally only deal with one single buyer in a same market. Once the market is established (you start to buy from us), then we will not make contact with the other buyer for the same market.
What if there is a difference with this FAQ and other FAQ on your homepage?
There are several products detail listed on our homepage with each own FAQ, different product FAQ is the FAQ for that product. This FAQ is a general FAQ for all of our product.
How long will take it for you to answer back my inquiry?
For new inquiry (not from our exist client), this will take much longer time, it will usually takes from 1 to 7 days, sometime may even longer, however we are trying to answer as quickly as possible. Sometime there might be the case of email problem if at either side there is email server problem then your inquiry / our answer might not get through, we suggest you to send us fax if you think such case had happened.
Do you reply every email you received?
There are some emails we never answered, here we make an example of many cases, we basically only do business on "container" basis (same or above USD 10000 or so), when we receive a "retail" inquiry, we do not reply back. As much as we appreciate and want to answer back each inquiry, however it will not be possible for us to answer these kinds of inquiry as they will add many vain job to us considerably.
